This project involved reverse engineering an existing automatic film applicator and redesigning it with custom modifications to meet specific client requirements. The objective was to achieve a stable operating speed along with precise variable speed control for the film application process. A stepper motor combined with a belt-driven transmission system was implemented to ensure accurate motion control and consistent performance. The system was programmed, tested, and fully integrated to synchronize with the machine’s operating sequence, resulting in reliable and efficient film application within the testing process.
